Yoga Nidra is also known as 'Yogic Sleep'. It is a conscious relaxation practice that is intended to induce total physical, mental and emotional relaxation. The practice of Yoga Nidra encourages us to simply let go. As we journey through the practice we want to welcome all sensations, emotions and thoughts, in doing so we can become less attached.
No prior yoga or mediation experience needed.
All you need is a quiet space where you are able to lay or sit in a comfortable position.

Meet Your Instructor
Welcome to Yoga Nidra with Lisa. I walked into my first Yoga Nidra class in 2017 and I immediately fell in love. It did feel a bit strange at first, getting all comfy and cozy to lay in a room of strangers, but after the class I felt so at peace. I have never experienced such deep relaxation as I do in Yoga Nidra; it is just what I need to help relax from the fast paced crisis work I do during the day.
